ASTERISK is a Bergen based queer club night and platform to celebrate our talented local
and international queer artists and performers.

ASTERISK is a home to those who are
marginalized and in need of a night time community and space of self-expression and
self-liberation.

Together, we share, dance, kiss(not right now because of corona) but we do take care of each other. All bodies are
welcome.

We do not tolerate any -isms: no sexism, racism, ableism, homophobia,
fatphobia, transphobia, or hatefulness.

ASTERISK FILM KLUBB is a moment when we watch films together from queer local and
international film filmmakers
and artists.

We recommend that you turn your living room into a cinema, plug your computer to the tv and speaker. Sit back and enjoy the stream hosted and curated by Kaeto Sweeney.

The film festival has gotten over 257 submissions and Kaeto Sweeney has selected short films and films to be seen and talked about regarding transpeople or films that have been made by transpeople.

When you enter the room you can turn your camera off, or use one of the virtual backgrounds that will be posted in the event as your zoom background.

Every participant will be muted on arrival in the zoom.
