This month our programme producer Deborah Dereje cooks!

Deborah serves a homemade feast of traditional Tigrayan curries and injera flatbreads (vegetarian-friendly!).

In order to help those affected by the ongoing genocide and war in Tigray, Ethiopia, Deborah is cooking to raise funds for Tegaru Norway. Tegaru Norway is a group of Tigrayan diasporas all over Norway who have formed alliance to spread awareness and gather funds for projects in Tigray. So come and support us with what you can, fill up on delicious food and stand with humanity!
